Since our initial presentation by Tracy Spence on the Intellias® Payroll Automation product, we have had a very good working relationship with Intellias®. They have been easy to work with and has been very responsive to our change and enhancements requests.

The Intellias® Payroll Automation product has worked very well for us. We process both biweekly and monthly payroll cycles with approximately 70+ jobs per cycle. The Payroll Automation product does an excellent job of populating the parameters for each job and assuring that all jobs a processed in the desired sequence. I cannot imagine our payroll department having to maintain and submit each of these jobs without the Payroll Automation product.

We continue to work with Intellias® as our needs change. They have developed two customized processes for us and support these through our normal maintenance contract. We feel very confident working with them as additional needs arise and as they enhance and expand their product line.

Intellias® was amazing! The support during out implementation was refreshing. Intellias® provided what was to be done,performed their necessary work,relayed updates timely and answered many, many questions for our Benefits and IT Department (some probably wasn't even related to the Intellias® installation and setup), however, I do not recall any question or issue that was not addressed in a timely manner.

The application performed as requested. Our Benefits department now feels a bit more in control of the enrollments. We look forward to continuing to work with Intellias® to ensure that our Annual Enrollment goes as smoothly as our New Hire enrollment has gone.

Intellias® was brought on board to enable our staff to automate our payroll process. The implementation of this system was painless and integrated beautifully with our main operating system. The team assigned to our hospital were very patient with us as we constantly tweaked the desired end-product. They gave us great support during year-end processing of W-2’s as well. The payroll automation application is a wonderful tool that alleviates much of the work while processing payroll. The first time this application was really put to the test was when our payroll specialist was out due to outpatient surgery. Prior to the Intellias® application, it took almost 20 hours to process payroll. We were able to process payroll in approximately 6 hours with the application. The automation of report processing, GL integration and awesome support, has made our Intellias® investment worthwhile. Thank you, Intellias®, for your efforts in making our lives a little easier.
